When I got the call that I had been selected as one of the 100ABCWomen (100 Accomplished Black Women in Canada 2018), I was thrilled, to say the least! The time finally came on the weekend of September 15th for me to travel to Toronto and attend the awards gala as well as the book launch. You can order your copy of the book here, and find the profiles of talented Black women in every possible field of endeavor! What a resource!

I was recognized for my work as a facilitator of national dialogues on social justice, a coach dedicated to the development of high potential individuals and a sculptor of public art celebrating Black heroes. I want to thank my friends, family, and wonderful clients for their support. Thank you to those who traveled with me and helped celebrate this accomplishment. I feel blessed.

Merci Mireille pour ces belles pensées qui me touchent! J’ai pris du temps à répondre car préoccupée par mes parents âgés et en déplacements un peu trop souvent. Tes paroles me donnent du courage!
